Elephant Bedroom Camp, Samburu National Reserve.
In Kenya’s remote north, the Ewaso Nyiro River carves a strand of deep oasis in the middle of the arid desert and forms the Samburu National Reserve. The narrow band of vegetation surrounding the river creates one of the most stunning elephant habitats in the world. It is here you can dine with these gentle giants as they eat the fruits from the doum palm trees scattered through camp. Samburu Reserve is known for its intimate elephant encounters and warm Samburu warrior cultural experiences.
