Zarafa Camp - Botswana

Zarafa Camp

Located in Botswana’s Selinda Reserve, which links the Okavango Delta with the Linyanti waterways, is a private 320,000-acre reserve. Wherever you are in the camp, you will have exquisite views of the Zibadianja Lagoon and both hippos and elephants can also often be spotted below. Built from reclaimed wood, each of the camp’s suites have large verandas, plunge pools, and private outdoor showers. This camp leads the way in terms of environmental responsibility. Along with its use of reused wood materials for its construction, it is also completely powered by solar energy and biogas converted from vegetable waste into cooking gas. Along with the animals you would expect to see at most safari locations, you may also find African wild dogs, roan, and sable among other rare species.

A signature Great Plains Lodge in the heart of Botswana.
